it is not a reflection... you see through to the rooftop deck where you walk around on glass and see all of berlin! the most amazing place was being up there on top of the reichstag and also walking through the holocaust memorial at night. absolutely haunting and romantic at the same time. both places had street violinists making their violins cry into the dark.
